  • An Important Note about the data we process for our clients: Some aspects of this Privacy Policy do not apply to the personal information that we process on behalf of our clients through their use of our Services (“Client Data”). This includes data processed when we manage events on third-party platforms utilized by our clients, such as ON24, CVENT, or Goldcast. Our clients' respective privacy policies govern their collection and use of Client Data. Our processing of Client Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our clients; any questions or requests relating to Client Data should be directed to our clients.
  • Access through third-party sites: If You access the Services from a third-party platform, including virtual event platforms or Social Networking Sites, You may be required to also read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy of that third party, as we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
  • Changes to our Privacy Policy: We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
